A reacher lets a caregiver guide a portable ceiling lift along its overhead track from the floor. It comes in two arm lengths, 36 in and 24 in, ordered as 360404M and 360405M.
The right arm depends on how high the track runs. Measure from the floor to the track, tell us the lift model, and send a photo of the lift and track; we confirm the length before you order.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this reacher arm (360404M 36 in, 360405M 24 in), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Reacher arm: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
