A portable ceiling lift does not travel on its own: it hangs from a trolley that runs in the track. This trolley runs in Handicare track and carries the portable ceiling lifts.
The trolley is matched to the track as well as the lift, and different trolleys serve different track makes. Tell us the lift model, the track make and the serial number, and send a photo of the track and the old trolley.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this portable ceiling lift trolley (360655), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Trolley: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
