Description
The backing is the plate that spreads the user's knee pressure across the padding. A cracked plate lets the pad flex, so the user feels the stand's frame through the knee pad and the plate has to be renewed rather than straightened.
The padding and the backing are fitted together, because the pad's fixings pass through the plate. Tell us your stand's model and serial number, and which of the two parts has failed, and we confirm the order; a technician fits it.
