The iWALKFree iWALK 3.0, item HFC30303, is a hands-free crutch that straps to one leg so both hands stay free.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Thigh straps and a knee platform take the place of a hand grip.
- It is for a below-knee injury on one leg, with the other leg fully working.
- The injured knee must bend to 90 degrees.
- The upper and lower leg sections adjust separately for different leg lengths.
- It is not a knee walker scooter and not a rollator.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- For someone with a below-knee injury who can balance on the uninjured foot.
- Choose a knee walker if you cannot balance on one foot or need to kneel.
- Ask a clinician first if the injury is above the knee or the other leg is not fully working.
Will it fit?
- The fit range is 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 2 in (158 to 188 cm); outside it, confirm the leg length still fits.
- The thigh fits 15.5 to 28 in.
- The weight limit is 275 lb (125 kg).
Using it day to day
- Strap the thigh, set the knee platform, and adjust the upper and lower sections.
- Check the straps and pad before each use.
- A cast or walking boot can often be worn. High shin boots or hardware on the front of the brace may interfere with the platform.

- Foam padding is a wear part and is excluded from the warranty.
- The crutch relies on the uninjured leg and good balance; it does not carry the whole body.

No. It straps to the thigh and leaves the hands free; a knee walker is a scooter with a pad you kneel on.
What height and thigh size does it fit?
Height 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 2 in and thigh 15.5 to 28 in. Outside the height range, confirm the leg length still fits.
Can I wear a cast or walking brace with it?
Often, yes. Some adjustable boots cannot be used, and front-mounted hardware may interfere with the knee platform.
How long is the warranty?
120 days from purchase for the original purchaser through an authorized dealer. Foam padding is excluded.

iWALKFree, Inc. warrants the iWALK 3.0 hands-free crutch (HFC30303) against defects in material and workmanship for 120 days from the date of purchase.
- Term: 120 days, original purchaser only, not transferable; proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required.
- Remedy: iWALKFree may repair or replace defective parts at no cost; the buyer may pay shipping for replacement parts.
- Wear parts such as the foam padding are excluded.
- Excludes accidents, transit damage, alterations, unauthorized repair, not following instructions, misuse, normal wear, negligence, fire and flood.
- Does not apply to a crutch bought or taken outside the country of final delivery.
