Joerns 39001472 and 39001473 are foam bolster extensions that fill the gap at the end of a bed when the mattress is shorter than the deck.

- 39001472 is 16.5 inches (42 cm) long for an 80 inch mattress.
- 39001473 is 12.5 inches (32 cm) long for an 84 inch mattress.
- Joerns places the bolster at the head end when it fills an 84 or 88 inch deck.
- It is foam only: not a mattress, and not a frame extension kit.
