Joerns describes the therapy cover as breathable, moisture-proof nylon with a scratch-resistant rubber backing, and says an optional stretch cover is available.
Joerns says the therapy cover on the P.R.O. Matt Plus helps limit friction and shear. A cover is one part of pressure injury care (sometimes called bedsores). Your care team decides whether the mattress belongs in the plan.
