Description
The 5 in Ultracaster is the middle size of the three aluminium front wheels. It keeps the front height close to a standard caster while adding some roll-over, so it is the common choice where the chair is used on mixed ground.
Motion Composites machines the wheel in 6061 T6 aluminium and shapes the rim and bearing for low rolling resistance. It is worth checking the fork on your chair, so send the serial number with the order and our technicians confirm it.
On the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair this wheel mounts to the fork stem and the axle, and a technician sets the stem bolt and the wheel nut when it is fitted. Tell us the chair's serial number when you order, and see the spare parts page for the rest.

Warranty details
Motion Composites warrants this caster wheel against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase; its tire is covered for 30 days.
- Caster wheel: 1 year.
- Tire: 30 days.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part repaired or replaced under warranty is covered for the rest of the term, and for at least 90 days (30 days for a tire or tube).
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper or unauthorized repairs; modifications or unauthorized parts; and commercial or institutional use.
