What does it do and how does it work?
You pull it on like underwear, and the core holds a moderate leak until you change it.
- MaxSorb gel locks wetness in the core so the inside stays drier.
- Omni-Odor Guard reduces ammonia odour from urine.
- An Airmax layer holds liquid in and lets air, heat and humidity out.
- Wear one brief at a time. A pad inside this underwear slows the core and can leak.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
It suits a man or a woman who can pull a brief up and down.
- Move to Maximum for frequent leaks or a sudden urge, or for a 68-80 in (173-203 cm) waist or hip.
- Keep your own underwear and use a pad if you do not want a pull-on.

Measure the waist or the hips, whichever is larger. We confirm the size before you order.

Using it day to day
Seat the core against the body and change the brief when it is wet. A case is four bags of one size: 88, 80, 72 or 56 briefs.

It replaces underwear. Someone who cannot stand to dress needs a tab brief instead.

Frequently asked questions
Do men and women get different cuts?
No. One unisex cut fits both. Size follows the waist or hip measurement, not gender.
What if waist and weight point at different sizes?
Use the larger of the waist and the hip. Treat the weight band as a second check, not the size you order.
Is there a 2XL in Extra?
No. Extra stops at XL, 58-68 in (147-173 cm). The 68-80 in band is Maximum, item PV-517.
Where does a wet brief go?
Put a used brief in household waste. Do not flush it, and do not wash it for a second wear.
