0031153A-00 is the 8 by 11 inch residual limb support pad and base plate assembly for the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair. The pad alone and a 7 by 9 inch assembly are also available, so check which of the three you need; the plate is the part that cracks, while the pad is the part that wears.
It is the larger of the two plate assemblies this maker builds for the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair; send the chair's serial number and we check the plate before the order goes through.
The plate is set up with the user present so the limb rests naturally on the pad. Our spare parts desk takes the order.

Motion Composites warrants this pad and base plate assembly against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Its pad, which the maker classes with cushions, is covered for 30 days.
- Base plate: 1 year.
- Pad: 30 days.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part repaired or replaced under warranty is covered for the rest of the term, and for at least 90 days (30 days for the pad).
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper or unauthorized repairs; modifications or unauthorized parts; and commercial or institutional use.
