Description
The Invisia SerenaSeat PRO mounts on the shower wall and folds flat against the tiles between showers. The laminated bamboo seat and back sit on a #304 stainless steel frame, and the back panels lift off.
Who is the SerenaSeat PRO for?
For someone who cannot stand through a shower but can sit and get up with a handhold in reach. With no legs on the tub floor, folded up it leaves the shower as it was. It is a seat, not a lift.
Will it fit your shower wall?
The frame has to reach solid structure, so wood blocking goes in where the studs are not. Do not fit it into metal studs, or into fibreglass or acrylic enclosures too flexible to hold the frame without blocking.
The brackets sit 16.1" (40.1 cm) apart and the seat is 19.44" (49.4 cm) wide overall, 15.95" (40.5 cm) deep and 16.7 lbs (7.5 kg). Fit the seat 17" to 19" (43-48 cm) above the finished floor, the height the instructions recommend. Our free home assessment measures the wall and the height before you order.
Fitting: slide the wall panels off, mark the top bolt hole, fasten with the eight supplied stainless wood screws and waterproofing, then level the seat.
How much weight does it hold?
500 lbs (227 kg) of user weight, with the seat down. Do not stand on it, load it folded, or seat more than one person. Wipe the bamboo with warm water and a mild cleaner along the grain.

Delivery, service and warranty
We deliver and set up across Toronto and the GTA, and our service team looks after what we sell. Bathroom safety items are non-returnable for hygiene, so measure first.
HealthCraft warrants the seat for one year; see the Warranty tab. More seating is on our bathroom safety page; the return policy has the hygiene rule.
Frequently asked questions
Are there legs on the tub floor?
No. Two hidden brackets carry the frame into the wall, and the seat folds up to under 3" (7.6 cm) deep.
Can it be fitted to a fibreglass shower?
Only with wood blocking behind it. Metal studs and enclosures too flexible to hold the frame are ruled out.
What holds the folded seat up?
A friction hinge, set with a finger nut behind the end cap if it starts to drop. No tools needed.
