Description
A cross brace ties the two sides of a folding wheelchair frame together and carries the seat sling, so it takes the user's weight through the fold. This is the square tube type, 14 in wide, sold as a pair.
The brace comes in seven seat widths, 14 in to 20 in; match the width to the seat. It is made for the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair; check the seat width against the old brace on your chair.
Because it carries the seat, the brace is fitted with the frame squared and the pivot bolts torqued. Our technicians can fit it; see service and the wheelchairs we supply. Warranty terms are in the Warranty tab.

Motion Composites warrants this 14 in square tube cross brace (0010544B-00), an aluminum cross-brace, against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
- Cross brace: 5 years.
- Covers the first user only and is not transferable.
- A part replaced or repaired under warranty is covered for the rest of the original term.
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper repairs; unauthorized modifications; commercial or institutional use; and use above the chair's weight capacity.
