Motion Composites warrants this swing-away split nut assembly, a Motion Composites-made component, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- Split nut assembly: 1 year.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part repaired or replaced under warranty stays covered for the rest of the term, or 90 days if that is longer.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, negligence, accident, misuse, improper maintenance or storage, improper repairs, unauthorized modifications, commercial or institutional use, and use above the chair's weight capacity.
- Claims go through an authorized Motion Composites dealer.
