0031613B-00 is the right V1 universal legrest hanger; the left hanger is 0031614B-00.
The hanger is the bracket the legrest swings on, so it carries the legrest and the user's leg whenever the legrest is raised.

Motion Composites warrants this V1 universal legrest hanger (0031613B-00 or 0031614B-00), as a Motion Composites-made component, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- Legrest hanger: 1 year.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part replaced or repaired under warranty is covered for the rest of the original term.
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper repairs; unauthorized modifications; commercial or institutional use; and use above the chair's weight capacity.
