TENA Small Briefs, article 66100, are tabbed briefs for smaller adults with moderate to heavy bladder or bowel leakage. Hips fit 22 to 36 in (56 to 91 cm).
What does it do and how does it work?
InstaDri Skin-Caring System wicks moisture into a target zone. Fully breathable sides let air at the skin, and hook-and-loop tabs refasten anywhere on the brief.
A wetness indicator shows the brief may be soiled and should be checked. Absorbency is 6 out of 8.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
It is for a smaller person who needs a tabbed brief for bladder leakage, bowel leakage, or both, and who is changed by a caregiver or changes it themselves.
Someone who walks and prefers their own underwear should use a shaped pad. Hips outside 22 to 36 in (56 to 91 cm) need another size.

Using it day to day
Open the tabs, place the brief, and close the hook-and-loop fasteners so they can be opened again for a check. A bag holds 12 briefs. A case is 8 bags, 96 briefs.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
The brief is worn on its own. It is not a pad for ordinary underwear, and it is not swimwear.
Bed protection is separate. Attends Discreet underpads go on the mattress.
