Item 2055 is a pack of 100 disposable covers for the small EasySlide mats 2010 and 2020.
What does it do and how does it work?
Each cover is a single-use sheet of bio-degradable polyethylene that you pull over the mat.
- Item 2055, 100 covers, each 19.7 in (50 cm) by 23.6 in (60 cm).
- Tear one off the roll, pull it over the mat, use it once, then throw it away.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
Choose it for a small EasySlide when a fresh cover matters, including on an isolation ward.
- A washable cover is a different item. This one cannot be laundered.
- A RollerSlide is a board. This pack does not fit it.
Will it fit?
It fits EasySlide 2010 and 2020. Each cover is 19.7 in (50 cm) by 23.6 in (60 cm).
- The mat is not included. The long EasySlide, 190 x 60 cm, takes a different pack.
Using it day to day
Tear one cover off the roll, pull it over the EasySlide, and discard it after that transfer.
- Do not wash it. A new cover each time means less laundry. The mat stays in service.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
EasySlide 2010 and 2020 only. It is a cover, not the mat.
- See patient lifts when the person needs a lift.
- A full-body sling lifts the person. This cover only goes over the mat.
