The Ezee Life CH4088 is a folding power wheelchair in the 3G Platinum line, with a back that reclines to 125 degrees.

Using it day to day
- Unfold by lifting the back and pushing the seat forward until it locks; it folds in reverse.
- Recline only when stopped on level ground: press the button, lean back and release to lock; straighten before driving.
- Charge from the port under the control panel: about 5 hours, or 7-8 after a full drain.
- If the battery runs out, turn the manual mode knob on so a caregiver can push it; the brakes are off.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- Stay within 150 kg (330 lbs); the over-current protector cuts power on an overload or a slope over 12 degrees.
- Not fully waterproof; for indoor floors and paved ground, not rough or wet slopes.
- Travel in a vehicle seat, not the chair; belt and secure it if it must stay occupied. Never lift by the armrests or backrest.
- Warranty: frame 5 years, motor 2 years, battery and electronics 1 year; wear excluded.

Can I charge the battery away from the chair?
Yes. Press the release button, lift the battery out and charge it on its own; the charging port is on the battery.
How should I store the chair if I will not use it for a while?
Charge it fully every 2 months and keep it clean and dry; a flat battery can be permanently damaged.
Can I adjust the armrests?
Yes. They move up and down and forward and back, and lock when you release the button.

- Main frame: 5 years.
- Motor: 2 years.
- Lithium battery: 1 year.
- Controller and control panel: 1 year.
- Excludes normal wear of the seat and back cushions, armrest and backrest foam and trim, damage from overload, and changes made without consent.
- Incorrect use, damage or changes by the user, incorrect charging, or taking parts apart voids the warranty, as does a missing or altered serial number.
