The Golden oxygen tank holder MBA-OXYTH is the highback-seat holder for a C, D, or E tank on a Golden scooter or power chair.
What does it do and how does it work?
It clips to the rear universal mounting bracket and carries the tank behind the seat.
- It takes a C, D, or E tank. A tank larger than E does not fit this holder.
- The rear bracket is standard on Companion, Buzzaround, LiteRider, Envy, and Avenger scooters.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- It suits a rider with a highback seat who already uses a C, D, or E tank.
- Choose MBA-OXYTH2 if the seat is a scooter seat rather than a highback seat.
- Choose another holder for GP130, GP301, GP302, GP303, GP304, or GP305.
Will it fit?
MBA-OXYTH is for Golden scooters and power chairs, except GP130, GP301, GP302, GP303, GP304, and GP305.
- Look for the rear bracket behind the seat. Without that bracket, the holder has nowhere to sit.
- We confirm the model is outside that excluded list before you order.
Using it day to day
- Put the tank in the holder before you ride, and take the tank with you when you leave the scooter.
- The tank and the regulator stay yours. They are not in this box.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- The Golden rear basket MBA-RBASK is a separate part for bags. This order is the tank holder.
- A Pride scooter needs a Pride oxygen holder, not MBA-OXYTH.
How does it compare?
- The Golden cup holder MBA-UNV-CUPH holds a drink at the armrest, not a tank.
- The Pride large rear basket ACCBSKT1010 is a Pride basket and does not hold an oxygen tank.
