Description
Item 56-303L-PU-US is the Bure Double 2.0, an electric walking table with two motors: one raises and lowers the top, the other widens and narrows the base. It is built for indoor sit-to-stand transfers and walking practice, not for lifting a person who cannot stand.
Who it is for
- A person with reduced muscle strength who can stand and take simple steps with the table for support.
- Transfers from sitting to standing at the bed or chair, and walking training at home or in a care setting.
- Someone who cannot bear weight needs a floor lift, not this table.
- A heavier user needs the XL, item 56-315L-PU-US, which is rated 240 kg.
Width and fit
- Outside width moves from 25.2 to 37.4 in (64 to 95 cm), so the base narrows for a wheelchair or a tight doorway.
- Length is 37.4 in (95 cm); height runs from 35.4 to 51.2 in (90 to 130 cm).
- Armrests open from 13.2 to 19.7 in (33.5 to 50 cm) inside.
- Four 4.9 in (125 mm) castors have brakes with directional locking on a green pedal.
- Handles adjust with a screw, and each armrest moves in and out with a knob.
Controls and battery
- The hand control raises and lowers the top and widens or narrows the base.
- The battery is LiOn and a full charge takes about 24 hours; the hand control shows the charge level on the Plus version.
- Use low speed over thresholds and lock the brakes whenever the table is not in use.
Limits and care
- The maximum user weight is 330 lb (150 kg); the figure on the label governs.
- It is for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors, in water, in a wet room or with steam, and do not charge it in a wet room.
- Never leave the user alone during a transfer, and use the table on a flat surface.
- Wipe the handles and armrests with mild soap or an alcohol-based cleaner; do not use petroleum products.
- Service the table at least once a year.
- A gait training harness, kit 56-388, can be added for walking practice; it is not a sitting or lifting aid.
Where it fits in the range
The other walking tables are under gait training. A harness walker is the Bure Rise and Go, and a simple rollator is under rollator walkers. A home trial starts with a free home assessment.

Funding and setup
Funding may help: see who may help pay. Setup means we deliver the table and walk through the height, width, handle and brake controls. There is no sling to fit.
