The Harmony Relax Plush mattress is a 10 in foam mattress made in Canada, rated 350 lbs, for a Harmony adjustable base. Six codes mix plain sizes and transfer-edge sizes.
What does it do and how does it work?
Three layers make the 10 in (25 cm) mattress. GelFlex foam, the top 2 in (5 cm), helps steady temperature. A firmer 2 in (5 cm) middle adds rebound. A 6 in (15 cm) firm core follows a Harmony adjustable base.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
Choose it for someone at or under 350 lbs (159 kg) who wants Plush on a Harmony base. Choose Harmony Relax Firm if Plush is too soft. King, and a plain Twin XL Plush, are different mattresses.
The care team matches the mattress to the person when the bed is used for care.
Will it fit?
Twin XL with a transfer edge (PLUSHTXL-TE) is 38 x 79.5 x 10 in (97 x 202 x 25 cm). Full (PLUSHFL and PLUSHFL-TE) is 53 x 74.5 x 10 in (135 x 189 x 25 cm). Full XL with a transfer edge (PLUSHFLXL-TE) is 53 x 79.5 x 10 in (135 x 202 x 25 cm).
Queen (PLUSHQN and PLUSHQN-TE) is 59 x 79.5 x 10 in (150 x 202 x 25 cm). For an adult bed with rails, keep the three openings Health Canada names under 120 mm (4 3/4 in): inside a rail, under a rail, and between the rail and this mattress. See bed rails.
Using it day to day
Use it on a Harmony adjustable base. A transfer edge is part of four size names, not a promise of a firmer border. Harmony warrants the mattress for 10 years. The base and the rails are separate.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
Full and Queen come with or without a transfer edge. Twin XL and Full XL here include the edge. The mattress does not include a bed frame. On another base, check the 10 in (25 cm) height against the rail gaps.
Which version should I choose?
Pick PLUSHTXL-TE for Twin XL with a transfer edge. Pick PLUSHFL or PLUSHFL-TE for Full, and PLUSHFLXL-TE for Full XL with a transfer edge. Pick PLUSHQN or PLUSHQN-TE for Queen. Match the code to the deck you already have.
How does it compare?

Is a King Plush mattress one of these codes?
No. King is a Harmony Relax size without a transfer edge. It is not one of these six codes.
Is there a plain Twin XL Plush here?
No. Twin XL on this offer is PLUSHTXL-TE, with a transfer edge. A plain Twin XL is a different mattress.
Does the transfer edge change the foam?
Four codes include a transfer edge, and Full and Queen are also sold without it. Do not assume a firmer border.
Will it follow a non-Harmony base?
The firm core is shaped for a Harmony adjustable base. On another deck, check length, width, and the rail gaps.
