Description
The Hoyer full back disposable sling is a polyester loop sling with a boned head support. It is a single-patient sling for a full-back transfer on a Hoyer loop bar.
What does it do and how does it work?
It supports the back, head and legs during a transfer and is thrown away when it is worn or soiled.
- An integrated boned head support holds the head and neck; padded leg sections support the thighs.
- Coloured loop straps hang on a loop spreader bar.
- It is rated 500 lbs (227 kg) and is patient specific: one sling for one person.
- Do not wash it; washing damages the material and makes it unsafe.

- For a reusable sling, choose a washable Hoyer full-back sling.

Five codes: NA25620 brown (the smallest), NA25621 red, NA25622 yellow, NA25623 green and NA25624 blue.
- Order by code, because the size word can differ between documents.
- Tell us the person's height and weight and we confirm the code before you order.
- Each code is one sling, not a pack.
Which lift does it fit?
It hangs on a loop spreader bar on the Advance, Elara, HPL450, HPL500, HPL700, Presence and Stature.
- Check the bar on your lift; a clip cradle will not take these loops.
- Hoyer slings are not interchangeable with another maker's lift.
Using and disposing
Use one sling per person and do not wash it between uses.
- Check the sling and stitching before each use; discard a torn or soiled sling.
- Never exceed the 500 lb (227 kg) rating or the lift's rating.
- The lift and spreader bar are separate.

Joerns Healthcare warrants the Hoyer full back disposable sling to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days from purchase. If it proves defective in that time, Joerns replaces it.
- Covers the original purchaser only.
- Never wash a disposable sling, and never exceed its 500 lbs (227 kg) safe working load.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, neglect, wilful damage, unsuitable environmental conditions and care that does not follow the user instructions.
- Any alteration, modification or repair voids the warranty.
