The Pride Jazzy EVO 614 is a mid-wheel chair with large drive wheels and independent suspension for a mix of home and paved outdoor routes. It carries up to 300 lb (136 kg).
Who does the EVO 614 suit?
- A rider within 300 lb who needs a captain's seat and more ground clearance than a travel chair.
- A rider who wants a full-size chair for home and pavement, not a folding travel model.

What must fit?
- The base is 25.4 in (645 mm) wide, 40 in (1016 mm) long and turns in 22 in (559 mm); measure doorways and the tightest turn.
- Captain's seats come 16, 18 or 20 in wide, with depth to 20 in and seat height at 22, 23 or 24 in.
- Ground clearance is 3 in (76 mm) at mid-frame, which helps on uneven pavement but does not make kerbs or deep snow safe.
- It weighs 255.5 lb (115.9 kg) with seat and batteries, 183.5 lb (83.2 kg) without batteries; the base alone is about 125.7 lb. Plan a ramp or lift.
How does it drive?
- Mid-wheel drive on 13.75 in (349 mm) perforated solid drive wheels and 6 in solid casters, two front and two rear.
- ATX suspension works independently front and rear over thresholds, gravel and grass.
- Top speed is 7 km/h (4.4 mph) from a LiNX 60 A joystick mounted in-line on either armrest.
- Braking is regenerative with electromechanical disc park brakes, and the chair is rated IPX4 for splashing water.
- It climbs 6 degrees and a 1.5 in (40 mm) obstacle, so kerbs and rough ground are out of reach.
Battery and range
- Two 12 V NF-22 sealed deep-cycle batteries, AGM or gel only, give up to 34.6 km (21.5 miles) at 200 lb, 30.6 km (19 miles) at 300 lb.
- Cold, hills and battery age reduce range. Replace both batteries as a matched pair.
- Charge with the 5 amp off-board charger for 8-14 hours after daily use, plus 4 hours once full.
- If used once a week or less, charge weekly for 24 hours, and 48 continuous hours once a month.
- Never use an extension cord, and never charge a frozen battery; warm a cold pack first.
Seat, transit and service
- The captain's seat swivels on a release lever; check transfer clearance before turning.
- A 60 in lap belt is standard, and the seat and battery remove for service.
- It is not a vehicle seat: it travels unoccupied and forward facing on its tie-downs; transfer to a vehicle seat.
- Have it serviced yearly by an authorized Pride provider if used daily.
- Six matte colours are offered: Black, White, Red, Iceberg Blue, Robin's Egg and Sugarplum.

No. Pride says this chair is not suitable as a vehicle seat. Transfer to a vehicle seat and secure the empty chair.

Warranty details
Pride Mobility warrants the Jazzy EVO 614 to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, and repairs or replaces parts that an authorized Pride representative finds defective in material or workmanship.
- Main frame: 5 years.
- Electronics (controller, joystick and charger), drivetrain and drive motors, seat framing, wiring, electronic brake function, forks, bearings and bushings: 2 years in Canada.
- Pride batteries: 13 months.
- Warranty service is done by an authorized Pride provider. Labour, service calls and shipping are not covered unless Pride approves them in advance.
- Excludes wear items (plastic shrouds, motor brushes, upholstery and seating, brake pads, tires and tubes, fuses and bulbs), abuse, misuse, neglect, contamination, battery leakage, commercial use, improper operation, maintenance or storage, and non-Pride parts.
