Description
Priva item PVMPP2026 is a washable vinyl cover that pulls over a standard pillow so spills and perspiration stay off the filling.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Three plies: a soft-groove vinyl surface, a breathable waterproof layer, and elasticized sidewalls of 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
- Spills stay on the vinyl. The cover is antibacterial and has an anti-allergy barrier.
- The sidewalls pull over the pillow and hold the cover.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- Someone keeping a foam or contour pillow dry between washes.
- Choose an absorbent pad if liquid has to sit in a core. This cover does not absorb.
Will it fit?
- This cover is 20 x 26 in (51 x 66 cm). Measure the pillow.
- We confirm the size before you order when the pillow is between 26 and 30 in long.
Using it day to day
- Stretch the sidewalls over the pillow until the vinyl surface lies flat.
- Machine wash lukewarm, not above 40 C (104 F). Non-chlorine bleach only, never poured on the vinyl. No fabric softener, a normal dryer setting, and no iron.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- One item is one cover, PVMPP2026. A pillowcase, a mattress cover and the longer size are separate.
- Opened or used continence items are not returnable. See the return policy.
How does it compare?
- The Priva waterproof vinyl mattress protector is a fitted cover for a queen or king mattress, not a pillow.
- The Priva Ultra Plus sheet protector absorbs on a 34 by 52 in pad. A chair needs the Priva chair pad.
