Description
The Pride Revo 2.0 four-wheel (S67) is a 400 lb (181 kg) scooter with CTS suspension that comes apart by hand.
Who it suits, and who should choose something else
- A rider up to 400 lbs (181 kg) who wants suspension and a take-apart frame, and can lift a 57 lb (25.9 kg) front section or have help.
- Ground clearance is 1.25 in (32 mm) at the transaxle and 3.5 in (89 mm) at mid-frame. The slope limit is 6 degrees and the obstacle limit 2.5 in (65 mm). Steep grass and gravel are a poor match.
- If you want a lighter lift, see travel scooters.
- If you need a cushion or back support for posture, ask your therapist about a power wheelchair.
Check the pieces
- It does not fold. Pieces, no tools: seat, basket, two battery boxes, front section and rear section. Keep about 5 ft (1.5 m) of level, dry floor to work on.
- Length 47 in (119 cm). Width 20.75 in (53 cm). Turning radius 52 in (132 cm). A three-point turn needs about 61.25 in (156 cm) of corridor.
- Without batteries it weighs 131.5 lbs (59.8 kg). Each U1 battery box adds 25 lbs (11.3 kg); the seat is 27.25 lb (12.4 kg).
- Top speed up to 8 km/h (5 mph), with an ECO switch that halves the set speed. A freewheel lever lets you push it on level ground with the key out.
- The 20 by 18 in vinyl seat folds, swivels through 8 positions, and has flip-up armrests; seat height is 22 to 23.5 in (56 to 60 cm).
Batteries and tires
- Two 12 V U1 batteries are included, in removable boxes that clip together for charging. Range up to 28.8 km (17.8 mi) at 200 lbs, or 20 km (12.4 mi) at 400 lbs.
- Solid flat-free tires are standard. Pneumatic tires are optional. The 3.5 A charger works on or off the scooter.
- Allow 8 to 14 hours for a full charge; top up 24 hours weekly if you ride rarely, and 48 hours monthly.
- Rated IPX4 for spray. Wipe it with a damp cloth, never a hose, and keep the console dry. Ride between -25 and 50 degrees C; never charge a frozen battery.
- Under-seat storage is an optional upcharge. The front basket is standard. We replace worn batteries.
Care and transport
- It does not meet ISO 7176-19 and is not a seat in a moving vehicle. Tie it down at the four points, facing forward, never by the armrests, shrouds or wheels.
- Never lift it by the armrests, and release the tiller lock before you ride.
- Pride covers the frame for life, the drivetrain, drive motor and electronics for 2 years, and Pride batteries for 13 months. See the Warranty tab.
Compare
- Victory 10.2: the same 400 lb rating, no suspension, a similar take-apart.
- Go-Go LX: CTS suspension too, rated 300 lbs, with a lighter front section.
