Description
A roller is the wheel the lifting strap or the moving carriage runs over, so the strap turns with less drag and the lift's travel stays smooth.
A roller that has stiffened or worn flat lets the strap rub, and a rubbing strap frays at the edge. The roller has to suit the strap path and the mount it turns in.
