The Span Geo-Matt vinyl and nylon zippered cover is the replacement cover with a side zip for a Geo-Matt foam overlay.
What does it do and how does it work?
It wraps the overlay and keeps fluid away from the foam.
- The vinyl and nylon cover has an antibacterial agent built in.
- The side zipper has a flap that protects the zip from fluid.
- Elastic bands on the sides hold the cover to the overlay.
- The cover is easy to clean and maintain.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
Buy it when the overlay foam is sound but the zippered cover is torn, stained or no longer keeping fluid out.
- Choose the nylon fitted coverlet if the overlay takes a fitted cover.
- Choose the Soft Skin sleeve for the thin tubular sleeve.
- Choose a complete overlay if the foam is also worn.
Will it fit?
5006 fits the 72 in (183 cm) overlay; 5007 fits the 80 in (203 cm) overlay.
- The standard Geo-Matt overlay is 33 in (84 cm) wide and 3.5 in (9 cm) high, with a 250 lb (113 kg) limit.
- Measure the overlay length before ordering.
- The cover is packed four to a case.
Using it day to day
Unzip the old cover, fit the new one and close the side zip.
- Check the zip flap and the elastic bands when you change the cover.
- Used covers are hygiene items and follow the return policy.
How does it compare?
The nylon fitted coverlet is the fitted alternative. The Soft Skin sleeve is the thin tubular sleeve. The Geo-Matt overlay is the foam surface underneath.

Is this the foam overlay?
No. The cover is sold on its own; the Geo-Matt foam overlay is a separate item.
Does one cover fit both lengths?
No. Part 5006 is the 72 in cover and 5007 is the 80 in cover.
