Description
The RGK Veypr Sub4 is a made-to-measure rigid wheelchair with a carbon fibre frame. The frame is laid from four layers of handcrafted carbon and is 10 percent lighter than the RGK Octane Sub4 frame.
Who is the Veypr Sub4 for?
It suits an experienced rider who wants the lightest chair in the RGK range and a frame built to their own measurements. Carbon dampens the vibration from rough ground, so the ride is smooth for a rigid frame.
How do you check the fit?
RGK takes more than 30 measurements, most of them to a 5 mm tolerance. Seat width and depth run from 9.8 to 17.3 in. Book a free home assessment and we measure you.
What are the limits?
Never exceed 110 kg (242.5 lbs), the driver plus anything carried, or 85 kg (187 lbs) with an add-on bike. Static stability is 5 degrees, and the rear wheels are quick release. There is no transit pass for this chair, so move to the vehicle seat for travel.
How much does it weigh?
The complete chair with wheels weighs 5 to 15 kg (11.0 to 33 lbs), and the heaviest part is 3 to 12 kg (6.6 to 26.5 lbs). A made-to-measure chair varies with the options you choose.
How does it compare?

Is the frame really carbon fibre?
Yes. Four layers are laid, three structural and offset by 45 degrees, with a herringbone weave on the outside.
How is it lighter than the Octane Sub4?
The frame is 10 percent lighter than the Octane Sub4 frame; both are made to measure.
Can the chair be personalised?
Yes. The decals on each frame are personalised, and colours come from the RGK colour booklet.
Can it be tied down in a vehicle?
There is no transit pass for this chair, so move to the vehicle seat for travel.

Warranty
Warranty details
RGK Wheelchairs warrants the Veypr Sub4 against manufacturing and material faults from the date it is delivered to you. Claims go through the dealer who sold the chair.
- Frame and cross-braces: 5 years.
- Other parts: 12 months.
- The frame's surface finish is not covered, including scratches, abrasion and surface damage.
- Pads, tires, inner tubes and similar wear parts are excluded unless they wear early from a manufacturing fault.
- Excludes damage from neglect, accident or improper use, service not done as the manual directs, non-original accessories, modifications, and repairs made before RGK customer service is told.
