Description
This is the spring latch that fits the carry bar of a Savaria ceiling lift. It closes by itself under spring pressure and traps the sling loop inside the support hook, so the loop cannot lift out while someone is being transferred.
It fits the carry bar of the Savaria M Series ceiling lift and the M-Series bariatric ceiling lift.
If a latch on your lift does not spring shut, or the loop can be pulled free of the hook, stop using the lift and have it checked before anyone is lifted again. Send a photo of the carry bar so the right latch is matched.
