Description
The Drive single-fold ramp, items STDS1093 to STDS1097, bridges a curb, step or vehicle sill. Choose the length from the rise you measure.
Who should use this ramp?
- It suits a manual or power wheelchair or scooter on a short rise, with a helper to place and carry the ramp.
- For a longer entrance that stays in place, compare the GATEWAY solid surface ramp. A low sill may need only a threshold mat.
Which length and width fit?
- Measure from the lower ground to the top of the step. At a gentle 1:12 slope, a 6 in (15 cm) rise needs about 6 ft (183 cm) of ramp. Use the mobility device's own incline limit.
- Lengths are 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 ft (61, 91, 122, 152 and 183 cm). Overall width is 28.5 in (72 cm).
- The 600 lbs (272 kg) limit counts rider plus device. The deck is perforated aluminium. Approach straight and keep the wheels centred.
How does it travel and handle weather?
It folds in half lengthwise into the included carry bag. Each length is one ramp with its case.
Deck slots drain rainwater. Clear snow or ice before use, use a helper, and set the top level with the landing.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
It moves a wheelchair or scooter from one surface to another.

Can two Drive ramps be joined for a longer run?
Each length is its own ramp. The accessory list has carry bags only, with no connector.
Can I buy a replacement carry bag?
Yes for three lengths: STDS1094-B for 3 ft, STDS1095-B for 4 ft, and STDS1097-B for 6 ft.
What if my chair nearly fills the ramp width?
We confirm clearance before you order when the chair's widest point is close to 28.5 in (72 cm).
