The Ezee Life Ezee Fold CH4075 is a rear-wheel folding power wheelchair for one adult up to 500 lb (227 kg), with a 20 in by 20 in (50.8 cm by 50.8 cm) seat.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Two motors drive 12 in pneumatic rear tires. The front casters are 8 in pneumatic, and spring absorbers are the suspension.
- Top speed is 8 km/h (5 mph). Range is 20 km (12.5 miles).
- Brakes are electronic regenerative disc brakes. Let the joystick return slowly so the chair does not tip.
- The battery is one 24 V, 20 Ah lithium pack, charged with a 5A off-board charger.
- Open length is 50.4 in (128 cm) and open width is 25.8 in (65.6 cm).
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
It suits a heavier adult who needs a 20 in (50.8 cm) seat and a chair that folds into a vehicle.
- Choose the Ezee Fold 6G CH4096 if 300 lb (136 kg) is enough.
- Choose another chair if the rider must use stairs or an escalator. This chair is not for either.

- Seat width and depth are both 20 in (50.8 cm). Turning radius is 39 in (991 mm).
- Folded size is 25.8 in by 17.6 in by 32.4 in (656 mm by 448 mm by 824 mm).
- Open height is not one agreed figure. We confirm the open height, with the joystick mounted, before you order.
Using it day to day
To open it, pull the frame apart, raise the backrest, and set the folding release lever. Screw the joystick to the armrest and connect its cable.
To fold it, release the lever under the seat and fold the footrest. Have the rider get off before anyone lifts the chair. The base weight is 77 lb (35 kg).
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- Do not climb past 12 degrees. Slopes over 10 degrees are already a poor idea. Never reverse on a slope.
- Stay off slopes covered with snow, ice, water or oil. The safe load is 500 lb (227 kg), and the backrest is not a lifting point.
- Warranty is 5 years on the frame, 2 years on the motors, and 1 year on the electrical parts, the battery and other parts.
Which version should I choose?
Choose the CH4075 for the 500 lb (227 kg) rating and the 20 in seat. The Ezee Fold CH4076 is a different item number. Confirm that chair on its own page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take the CH4075 on stairs?
No. Stairs and escalators are prohibited. Use a ramp, and do not climb past 12 degrees.
How many batteries are in the box?
One 24 V, 20 Ah lithium battery, plus the charger. Any further battery is ordered on its own.
May I reverse down a ramp?
No. Do not drive in reverse on a slope. Turn around on level ground first.

EZee Life warrants the EZee Fold CH4075 bariatric folding power wheelchair to the original purchaser, and repairs or replaces covered parts found defective in material or workmanship. The invoice is needed for warranty service.

- Electrical components, batteries and other components: 1 year.
- Not transferable. Void if the serial number is not original, is altered, or does not match the warranty card.
- Excludes wear items (upholstery and seating, armrests, leg guards, footrests, brake pads, motor brushes and tires), damage from negligence, accident, misuse, abuse, overload, commercial use, or improper operation, maintenance or storage, and changes or repairs made without written consent.
