Width runs across the chest. Depth is the short measure of the pad.
- Extra small, ATS4050: 8 by 3 in (20.3 by 7.6 cm).
- Small, ATS4000S: 10 by 3 in (25.4 by 7.6 cm).
- Medium, ATS4100S: 12 by 3 in (30.5 by 7.6 cm).
- Large, ATS4200S: 14 by 4 in (35.6 by 10.2 cm).

Using it day to day
A seating specialist sets the first fit so the pad stays put while the shoulders turn to reach.
- There is no second construction to switch to. Order the size in the chart.
- The pad is horizontal. It is not a centre-opening harness.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
It straps to the wheelchair back it was fitted to. The chair, cushion, and back are separate.
- It positions the trunk. It is not a vehicle seatbelt. In a vehicle, use it only if it carries the ISO 16840-4 marking.
- The straps have to reach that back. Not every back accepts them.
- No user weight is set for the strap alone. The therapist matches it to the person.
How does it compare?

- Jay Backpack Style: shoulder retraction, in a 12 in or 18 in pad.

No. It is one strap, ATS4050 to ATS4300S. Dynamic and structured are not separate part series for this shape.
How wide and deep is the pad?
Width is 8 to 16 in (20.3 to 40.6 cm). Depth is 3 in (7.6 cm) through medium, and 4 in (10.2 cm) for large and extra large.
Can it be used as a seatbelt in a vehicle?
Only one carrying the ISO 16840-4 marking is rated for use as a vehicle restraint. Otherwise it positions the trunk and is not a vehicle restraint.
What does not come in the box?
The wheelchair, the cushion, and the back. You receive one padded strap in the size ordered.
