Description
The Pride Go-Go Carbon (SC25, part S25BLK1001) is the lightest lift in our folding mobility scooters, trading range and speed for an easy lift.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- A rider up to 300 lbs (136 kg) who transfers safely alone, drives mostly indoors and on flat paths, and often lifts it into a car.
- Long trips or heavy shopping: choose a bigger battery. Carry no more than 15 lbs (6.8 kg), and never hang bags on the handlebars.
- Curbs or steep driveways: choose a larger scooter.
- Need posture support or cannot work a hand lever: ask about a folding power wheelchair.
Where can it drive?
- Never over anything higher than 1" (25 mm). A drop over 1" at the bottom of a ramp can stop the front wheels.
- Climbs up to 9 degrees and holds on 6. Take ramps straight on, and go down at the lowest speed. Four forward gears reach 3.7 mph (5.9 km/h); reverse is limited to about 1.5 mph (2.4 km/h).
- Keep off grass, gravel, sand, ice, salt and wet leaves. IPX4 splash rated, but not for rain or snow.
- Operating range starts at 18 °F (about -8 °C). Never charge a frozen battery.
Will it fit your car and home?
- It does not come apart, so the lift is the whole folded scooter at 35 lbs (15.9 kg); the battery lifts out separately. Folded, it measures 19 by 17.5 by 26.5 in (48.3 x 44.5 x 67.3 cm).
- The 53" (134.6 cm) turning radius is wide: measure where you turn around.

- In a car, remove the battery, secure both separately, never on the front seat.
- Never fold it on a slope, and keep fingers clear of the seat hinge and frame. It powers off by itself once folded and standing upright.
Charging
Use only the included lithium charger, never a lead-acid one, and do not drive while charging. A new battery takes about 12 hours before first use and 6 to 8 hours after a normal day; if only the red LEDs are lit, allow 8 to 10 hours. The charger shows red while charging and green when full.
After three idle days the battery sleeps; press its power button to wake it. For storage, remove the battery and charge it monthly. We replace worn batteries.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take it on a plane?
Only with your airline's approval, arranged before booking. Pride calls the 288 Wh battery airline compliant, but federal rules and airline policy decide.
What if I lose the NFC key card?
Two come with it. If both are lost, a new card comes through your dealer, so call us.
Can I ride it on Toronto sidewalks?
Yes. Ontario treats a scooter rider as a pedestrian, and Toronto allows them on sidewalks.

Warranty
Warranty details
Pride Mobility warrants the Go-Go Carbon sold in Canada to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.
- Structural frame (main frame, fork, seat post, tiller frame): limited lifetime.
- Transaxle, motor brake (electronic function), brake, bearings and bushings: 2 years.
- Controller, charger, harnesses and other electrical parts: 2 years.
- Lithium-ion battery (24 V, 12 Ah): 1 year limited.
- Excludes wear items (shrouds, motor brushes, upholstery and seating, brake pads, tires and tubes, fuses and bulbs), abuse, misuse and non-Pride parts.
- Labour, service calls and shipping are not covered unless Pride authorizes them in advance. Service is by an authorized Pride provider.
