Description
The Quantum iLevel HD is the 10 in (25.4 cm) power seat lift for the Q6 Edge HD. It lifts the rider to reach worktops and drives while raised.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Raises the seat 10 in (25.4 cm): worktops, sinks and cupboards come within reach.
- Drives while raised: up to 7 km/h (4.3 mph) with the seat fully up, on flat, level ground.
- Extra Stability Technology: keeps the chair stable for transfers and reach at full height.
- Controls: the seat rises from the controller or a single switch, with the iLevel indicator on the display.
- LED fender lights: come with the lift.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- It suits a Q6 Edge HD rider who needs to cook, groom or reach upper cupboards from the chair.
- Choose the standard iLevel lift for an Edge 3, Edge 3 Stretto, Q6 Edge 2.0 or Q6 Edge Z: 12 in (30.5 cm) of lift and 300 lbs (136 kg).
Will it fit?
- Base: Q6 Edge HD only.
- Rider weight: 400 lbs (181 kg) with iLevel, against 450 lbs (204 kg) without it.
- Seating: 20 x 20 in (51 x 51 cm) minimum, 24 x 25 in (61 x 63.5 cm) maximum.
- Retrofit: for an Edge 3 or Q6 Edge 2.0; not the Q6 Edge HD.
Using it day to day
- Raise the seat from the controller on a flat, level surface; the indicator lights when engaged.
- Lower it fully before transferring, and fasten the positioning belt while raised.
- Never raise the seat under a table, desk or other fixed object.
- Use it indoors on level floors, or outdoors only on flat, level hard surfaces; never on grass, gravel, a slope or a curb.
- If the controller shows iLevel not engaged, speed drops to 25%; stop and arrange service.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- The lift changes seat height only; tilt and recline come from the seating system.
- It is for access, not travel: the chair is not a standing wheelchair.
- The power seat actuator is covered for two years; the frame carries a lifetime warranty. See the Warranty tab.

- Standard: 12 in (30.5 cm), 300 lbs (136 kg), four bases, retrofittable on two.
How does it compare?
- The Q6 Edge HD power wheelchair is the complete chair this lift is specified with.
- TRU-Balance 4 seating tilts and reclines; it does not raise the seat.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add the iLevel HD to a Q6 Edge HD I already own?
No. iLevel can be added after purchase to the Edge 3 and Q6 Edge 2.0 only.
How fast can the chair drive with the seat raised?
Up to 7 km/h (4.3 mph) on flat, level ground.
Can the lift be serviced at home?
Yes. Our technicians service Quantum chairs at home or in our shop.
What happens if iLevel is not engaged?
Speed is limited to 25% while the seat is raised. Stop and arrange service if it stays on.

Warranty details
Quantum Rehab warrants the iLevel HD power seat lift, as part of a Quantum power chair, to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, and repairs or replaces parts that an authorized Quantum representative finds defective in material or workmanship.
- Power seat actuator and metal seat framing: 2 years.
- Bearings and bushings: 6 months.
- Warranty service is done by a Quantum Rehab provider. Labour, service calls and shipping are not covered unless Quantum approves them in advance.
- Excludes wear items such as upholstery and seating, plastic shrouds and fuses, and damage from abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, contamination, commercial use, or improper operation, maintenance or storage.
