Description
The Quantum iLevel is a 12 in (30.5 cm) power seat lift for four power bases. It raises the rider to reach higher surfaces and keeps the chair moving while raised.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Raises the seat 12 in (30.5 cm): worktops, sinks and cupboards come within reach.
- Drives at up to 7 km/h (4.3 mph) with the seat fully raised, on flat, level ground.
- Extra Stability Technology: the lift mounts on the base for stability during transfers and reach.
- Controller or single switch, with the iLevel indicator on the display.
- LED fender lights: standard with the lift.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- For a rider who needs to cook, groom or reach cupboards from the chair.
- The four bases are the Edge 3 Stretto, Edge 3 and Q6 Edge 2.0, plus the Q6 Edge Z.
- For a Q6 Edge HD, choose the HD lift: 10 in (25.4 cm) and 400 lbs (181 kg).

Will it fit?
- Base: one of the four Quantum power bases named above.
- Rider weight: 300 lbs (136 kg).
- Retrofit: the Edge 3 and Q6 Edge 2.0 can take iLevel after purchase; the Stretto and Q6 Edge Z are ordered with it.
- Seat: the base and seating set the finished seat height and size.
Using it day to day
- Raise the seat from the controller or single switch on a flat, level surface; the indicator confirms engagement.
- Lower it fully before transferring, and keep the positioning belt fastened while raised.
- Never raise the seat under a table, desk or fixed object.
- Use level floors indoors, or flat hard surfaces outdoors; never on grass, gravel, a slope or a curb.
- If the controller shows iLevel not engaged, speed drops to 25%; stop and arrange service.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- The lift changes seat height only; tilt and recline come from the seating.
- It is for access, not travel: the chair is not a standing wheelchair.
- The 300 lb (136 kg) limit applies to the base with iLevel.
- The power seat actuator is covered for two years; the frame for life.
Which version should I choose?
- Standard: 12 in (30.5 cm), 300 lbs (136 kg), four bases, retrofit on two.
- HD: 10 in (25.4 cm), 400 lbs (181 kg), Q6 Edge HD only.
How does it compare?
- The Q6 Edge 2.0 power chair accepts a retrofit.
- TRU-Balance 4 seating adds tilt and recline; it does not raise the seat.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add iLevel to an Edge 3 Stretto I already own?
No. Only the Edge 3 and Q6 Edge 2.0 take a retrofit.
Can I use the lift on a ramp?
No. The lift is for flat, level surfaces and must not be raised on an incline or a curb.
What happens if the iLevel warning appears?
Speed is limited to 25%. Lower the seat on level ground and arrange service.
Can the lift be serviced at home?
Yes. Our technicians service Quantum chairs at home or in our shop.

Warranty details
Quantum Rehab warrants the iLevel power seat lift, as part of a Quantum power chair, to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, and repairs or replaces parts that an authorized Quantum representative finds defective in material or workmanship.
- Power seat actuator and metal seat framing: 2 years.
- Bearings and bushings: 6 months.
- Warranty service is done by a Quantum Rehab provider. Labour, service calls and shipping are not covered unless Quantum approves them in advance.
- Excludes wear items such as upholstery and seating, plastic shrouds and fuses, and damage from abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, contamination, commercial use, or improper operation, maintenance or storage.
