Description
A seat tube is an open aluminium extrusion, so a cut end would otherwise show a bare edge against the upholstery and let grit work into the frame. This plug presses into that end and closes it.
Motion Composites also makes round tube caps in 3/4, 1, 1.25 and 1.5 inch sizes, which are different parts from this slotted plug. Measure the tube you are closing rather than going by the chair name.
Send us the chair model, the serial number and the tube measurement and we will match the plug before the order is picked. Our technicians can also fit it during a service visit if the frame is being worked on.
