Description
The Evolution Zippered Basket, item B02IRC, is the covered under-seat bag for an Evolution Trillium or Sierra Air rollator.
What does it do and how does it work?
It hangs under the seat and closes with a zipper, so a purse or a light shop stays covered.
- Zipper closure: small items stay in the bag while you walk.
- Collapsible bag: it stays on the frame when you fold the rollator.
- Removable: it comes off when you want the space under the seat clear.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
Choose B02IRC to replace a torn or missing bag on a Trillium or Sierra Air.
- An Xpresso Zero takes basket B02ZC, in Mini or Regular/Tall.
- An Xpresso Lite or a neXus rollator needs a different basket.
Will it fit?
One B02IRC fits the Trillium series and the Sierra Air. We confirm the frame before you order if yours is a Trillium 2 or another Evolution model.
- Trillium Mini, Regular and Tall, and the Sierra Air, each have an 18 in (46 cm) seat.
- This item has no size choice. Name the rollator: the two frames mount the bag differently.
Using it day to day
Fit the bag, zip it, and leave it on when you fold.
- Trillium: fold the rollator, loosen the two clamp knobs, clamp the bracket on the frame, and tighten the knobs.
- Sierra Air: fold the walker slightly and wrap the hook-and-loop fastener around the frame.
- On a Trillium, pull the centre seat handle to fold, then lift by that handle. Lock both brakes before you sit.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
You get the basket only. Cane holder B21 and cup holder B35 are separate parts.
- B21 fits a Trillium or an Xpresso Zero. B35 fits a Trillium, an Xpresso Zero or an Xpresso Tacoma.
- A Trillium weighs 14 lb (6.4 kg) without this basket. A Sierra Air weighs 15 lb (6.8 kg) without it.
How does it compare?
B02IRC is the covered bag for a Trillium or Sierra Air, not a basket for every rollator.
- The Evolution Trillium ships with this covered folding basket.
- The Xpresso Zero uses B02ZC instead.
- The neXus wire basket is open wire for neXus rollators. More add-ons: rollator accessories.
Frequently asked questions
Does one B02IRC fit every Trillium size?
Yes. It is one item, and Mini, Regular and Tall each use an 18 in (46 cm) seat.
Do I remove the bag to put the rollator in the car?
No. It collapses with the frame. On a Trillium, carry the folded rollator by the centre seat handle.
Can I sit with the bag still attached?
Yes. Lock both parking brakes first, and keep the centre handle level with the seat.
