9010345B-00 is the right hand anti-flutter caster housing for the Helio A6, with the left hand housing listed as 9010346B-00.
The housing holds the front fork stem on the Helio A6 frame. It is supplied as an assembly with its eccentric discs, shoulder screws, mounting core, spacer and fixing screws; the anti-flutter adjustment screw is a separate part.
