Which size is which?
- BPRT2218-96 is 22 in wide by 18 in long. BPRT2418-96 is 24 in wide by 18 in long.
- The single-cushion codes end in -1. They are not on this page.
- Tell us the wheelchair model and we confirm the size before you order. Other cushions are on wheelchair cushions.
- The family page also lists a 3 in height for other PRT codes. That line is not these two item numbers.
What Savaria says about the foam
Savaria says the Geo-Matt cut top reduces pressure, heat and moisture, and that the PRT uses the same individually responsive cells as the original Geo-Matt. That is the maker's claim.
A cushion is one part of pressure injury care (sometimes called bedsores). Your care team decides whether this cushion belongs in the plan. It is not a fall-prevention device.
What is not printed
- No warranty term is printed on the current Savaria PRT page. See warranty service once a term is confirmed.
- No wash method is printed for the anti-slip cover. Do not assume a machine wash.
- The photo is the PRT family photo. It does not show a size label or a case count.
