The limit switch sets the top of the lift's travel, and this shaft is part of that mechanism. The shaft is confirmed from your lift rather than from the number.
Photograph the switch and the shaft where they sit inside the cover, and send the lift's model and serial number. A technician can then compare the length and the mounting with your lift before the order goes in.
