The height adjustable push handle is the carer's handle, and it slides in its mount so the height suits the person pushing the chair.
Measure the old handle from the mount to the grip, or photograph it beside a rule, and send the chair's model and serial number. The 16 inch and 19 inch handles have different part numbers. Send the old handle's measurement and a photo of its mount so we can confirm the right one.
