Description
The 400-3003 is the detachable 24 V battery box for the Hoyer HPL402 power patient lift and the Hoyer Advance lift. It holds two 12 V sealed rechargeable cells and clips onto the Linak control box on the mast.
The battery itself carries no rated load. The HPL402 it is used on is rated 400 lb (181 kg); the Advance is rated 340 lb (155 kg).
Keep it on charge when the lift is idle: an unused control box holds a charge for about six months, and a full charge takes about six hours. Never charge it with someone in the lift.
