The insert adapts the V2 receiver, so a part that fits the receiver seats correctly in it instead of moving in the bore.
Photograph the receiver with the insert in place, and send the chair's model and serial number. The frame takes two of these inserts, so say which receiver needs one.
Tell us whether the bore or the old insert is the worn part, since a loose accessory can come from either. We confirm the insert against your frame before the order.
