Description
This sealed lithium-ion box is the battery Pride builds for its four-wheel folding Go Go Carbon scooter, part of our scooter batteries range. It sits in the holder under the seat and lifts out for charging.
Which scooter does it fit?
Only the Pride Go Go Carbon. It is not the Jazzy Carbon box, which Pride sells under its own SKU, and it is not a pair of 12 V lead acid batteries. Charge it on the charger made for the lithium pack, never a lead acid charger.
How long it runs and how to keep it
- Range: up to 10 miles (16 km) per charge. The scooter weighs 39 lb with the pack fitted.
- Charging: the supplied 24 V 2 A off-board charger, with the box in the holder or lifted out.
- Charging temperature 0 C to 40 C, storage -5 C to 25 C. Never charge a frozen battery.
- In storage, charge it once a month and never leave it fully discharged.
- After three days stored, the protection board puts the pack to sleep and it restarts from its power button.
Service and disposal
The box is sealed and not serviceable, so a tired pack is replaced as a whole unit. Our service team can test the pack and the charger together before you buy. At the end of its life the pack must go to a household hazardous waste depot, never in household garbage or the Blue Bin.

Can I fly with this battery?
Pride marks the Go Go Carbon battery as not airline compliant, so plan to travel without it.
Is it one battery or two?
One. The Go Go Carbon runs a single 24 V box in the holder under the seat.
How do I tell a flat pack from a failed charger?
Have both tested together, because on the scooter the two faults behave the same way.
