MHERTS is the plain MOBB raised seat for an elongated bowl: extra height to sit down and stand up, with nothing to fold and nothing to grip.
Who it suits, and who should choose something else
- An elongated bowl, no arms wanted, and enough strength to sit down and stand up without help. It adds 3.5 in (8.9 cm).
- Someone who needs arms to push on: MOBB builds that as MHRTSD5, a different model with arms.
- Someone who needs the seat standing on the floor: MHRTSL, the model with legs. Both are separate products, not sizes of this one.
- A round bowl: this seat does not fit it.
Will it fit your toilet?
- Check the bowl shape first. MHERTS is for elongated toilets.
- The seat measures 19 in (48 cm) at its outer edge and 14 in (36 cm) across the opening. MOBB does not say which figure is the width, so check both against your rim.
- It rests on the rim and fastens with the two 6 in screws/bolts in the box. No tools.

What are its limits?
- Rated 300 lbs (136 kg). With no arms and no legs, the seat is the only thing supporting you.
- MOBB lists it as easy to clean. No material is published, so no cleaner is specified.

MOBB sells the same raised seat in three builds: this plain MHERTS, MHRTSD5 with arms, and MHRTSL with legs. Arms give something to push against; legs stand the seat on the floor.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit a round toilet?
No. MOBB lists MHERTS for elongated bowls only. Measure the bowl, and ask us if you are unsure which shape you have.
Do I need tools to fit it?
No. The two 6 in screws/bolts go through the bowl fittings by hand. Check they are tight before each use.
Does it come with a lid?
No lid, and no arms or legs. The with-arms and with-legs versions are different MOBB models, not options on this one.
How much higher will I sit?
3.5 in (8.9 cm) above the bowl rim. Add that to your toilet's own seat height when you judge whether it is enough.
