Description
The Classic Collection furnishes a resident room: a bedside cabinet, a chest or dresser, a wardrobe, and bedboards that match. The panels are thermofused laminate, a decorative paper fused to the board under heat and pressure, so surfaces wipe clean.
Which pieces make up a room?
- Bedside: 21 x 18 x 30 in, as one door and one drawer, or as three drawers.
- Chests and dressers: three, four or six drawers, from 30 x 20 x 30 in to 42 x 20 x 30 in.
- Wardrobes: 36 x 22 x 76 in, with two doors and two external drawers, or with two doors only.
- Headboards and footboards in Kent, Lincoln and Standard profiles, 36, 40 or 43 in wide and 15 or 24 in high.
How is it built for daily care use?
Doors and drawers are full overlay on hidden European-style hinges, with an interlock system and positive stops so a drawer cannot be pulled out by accident. A drawer holds up to 100 lb / 45 kg on 12 in slides, and the maker states the line complies with the STURDY Act 2023.
Toe kicks are built as one solid piece to the floor to keep dirt out, and every corner has a leveler for uneven flooring.
What can be chosen?
Fifteen standard laminates, from Aria and Icicle through to Windsor Mahogany, with custom colours on request. Pulls come in Bar, Archway, Designer, Hadley and Zachary patterns. Upgrades include locks on individual keys or a master key, an ADA wardrobe lift, a USB-A flush mount and anti-ligature hardware.
How is a room ordered?
Item numbers follow the maker's casegoods protocol: CL for the Classic profile, then the style, the hardware pull, the finish and the accessories, which is how one finish code carries across every piece in a room.
Start from patient room products, or the Prestige Collection where a three-dimensional laminate is wanted. Rooms are planned whole, with the bed and lifts used in them, so we can measure the room first.

Frequently asked questions
Can every piece in a room be ordered in the same finish?
Yes. The finish is a colour code on each item number, so the bedside, the dresser, the wardrobe and the bedboards are built in one laminate across the room.
Can the drawers be locked?
Locking is an option chosen at order: locks keyed differently, locks keyed alike up to fifty, or a master key that opens every lock in the building.
What happens if the floor is not level?
Every corner carries a leveler, so the piece squares up in place rather than sitting on a shim.
