MC7WSML is a printed weigh-scale code, not a Plus bed. Savaria rates the standard model at 500 lb (227 kg) and 297 lb (135 kg). The Plus weight of 301 lb belongs to other codes on the same page.
Scale and controls that are printed
The model has a built-in scale and two controllers: one pendant for the scale that can move around the bed, and one pendant for the deck. MC7WSML names standard foot-end controls, not the premium foot-end code.
Those foot-end controls add lockout, Comfort Chair, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg. Back angle is 0 to 70 degrees. Knee angle is 0 to 30. Lowering pauses at 12.5 in (318 mm) and then needs the foot-end control.
Size, with one footnote
Deck height is 8-5/8 in (219 mm) to 32-1/4 in (819 mm). That range sits higher than the ReadyWide bed that has no scale.
Sleep width is printed as 36, 39 or 42 in beside 889, 991 and 1067 mm, so the first pair disagrees. Sleep length of 84 in needs the 4 in extender. Overall length is 82, 86 or 90 in.
Nurse call is described as optional, so it is not in this bed. Under-bed lighting is in the model's extra-feature list, not in the MC7WSML line. Ask if the quote must call the light out. Tell us your bed model and serial number and we confirm the fit before you order.

Does the low pause work the same way?
The deck pauses at 12.5 in (318 mm). Going lower than that pause is from the foot-end control.
Is under-bed lighting included?
It is listed among extra features of the model, not in the MC7WSML code line. Confirm it on the quote if you need it called out.
