Frequently asked questions

Do you offer delivery?

We deliver and set up equipment across Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville. Ask us about delivery to your address, and for locations outside the GTA.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes. We have two showrooms, in Etobicoke (Unit 16B, 106 Humber College Blvd, near Highway 27 and Finch) and Brampton (Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive, near Sandalwood and Hurontario). Call ahead to book a time so the products you want to try are ready.

What areas do you service?

We service all of Ontario with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding communities.

Do you offer equipment repairs and service?

Yes, we provide repair and maintenance services for mobility equipment including stairlifts, power wheelchairs, scooters, and hospital beds. Our certified technicians offer both in-shop and mobile repair services throughout the GTA.

Is there an income limit for ADP?

No. ADP has no income test: Ontario residents with a valid health card and a qualifying long-term physical disability may be eligible. ADP may pay up to 75% of the approved price for eligible equipment, and people receiving ODSP or Ontario Works may have their share covered.

How often can I get new equipment through ADP?

ADP sets a usage period for each device type; for example, a wheelchair is usually replaced no sooner than every five years. After the usage period you may qualify for a replacement if you still need the device, and sooner if your needs change significantly.

Can I upgrade my ADP equipment?

Yes. You can choose features beyond what ADP approves and pay the difference. You pay your share of the approved price (usually 25%) plus the cost of any upgrades, and we show you both before anything is ordered.

What documents do I need for ADP application?

You need a valid Ontario health card and an assessment by an ADP authorizer (usually an occupational or physical therapist). The application has sections for you, for the authorizer and for us as the ADP registered vendor; your authorizer will tell you if a physician also needs to sign. We guide you through gathering everything.
