This is a 7 by 2 in standard front caster sold as a single wheel. Check the tyre, fork and axle against the chair before ordering. The 8 in pneumatic caster and its fork are separate items.
The front wheel runs on the fork's axle. A technician should check the fork and axle when fitting the caster, especially if the old wheel wore unevenly.
