Description
An anti-tipper is the small wheel on a bar behind the chair that stops it tipping backwards when the user leans back or climbs a kerb. The swing-away version folds sideways out of the way for a step or a car boot, then swings back down.
The order includes the anti-tipper and its instruction sheet. The rear-frame connection and the working height should be checked on the chair before it is used.
The tipper clamps to the rear frame, so it is set to the right height and angle for the chair. A technician fits and adjusts it; ask our service if you want it fitted.
