The insert sits inside the front caster housing of a Helio A6. It is the eccentric piece that sets where the caster sits in the housing, so its position affects how the chair steers.
The housing takes two of them. Changing one means stripping the housing down and resetting the anti-flutter adjustment afterwards, so we recommend having our technicians fit it.
