Description
A slimmer brief suits someone who wants less bulk under clothing but still needs a tab-style product rather than a pull-up. This is the maker's everyday brief: a full-fit brief in a lighter profile.
Who it suits
The maker builds it for adults and teens who need a brief that conforms to the body. Because the fit changes at the Small size, the choice between Small and Medium is also a choice between a clothlike backsheet with micro-hook tabs and a poly backsheet with refastenable tape tabs.
How it is used
Lay the brief out, place it under the hips, bring the front up and fasten. The dual wetness indicator shows at a glance whether a change is due, which is the maker's answer to unnecessary changes. Kufguards, the maker's inner leg cuffs, guide fluid into the core and help contain bowel incontinence, in the maker's own wording.
Sizes and pack counts
Three sizes, from Small at 24 to 32 in through to Large at 45 to 58 in. The maker packs 10 to a bag in Small and 12 in Medium and Large. It also builds the line in Youth, X-Small and X-Large, which this page does not cover; ask us if you need one of those.
Where it fits in the range
The rest of the continence supplies we stock sit under medical supplies, alongside the heavier briefs and the booster pads that add capacity inside a product; patient room products covers washable bed and chair protection. Funding may help: see who may help pay.
Small items ship across Canada; see the shipping policy, or visit our showrooms in Etobicoke and Brampton. For a care setting that buys by the case, contact us.
Hygienic items are not returnable once a pack is opened, and the return policy covers the rest.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the SlimLine brief hold?
12.7 oz (374 mL) in Small, 20.4 oz (602 mL) in Medium and 21.4 oz (632 mL) in Large. The line runs to 23.7 oz (702 mL) in X-Large, which this page does not cover.
Is this the same as the ATN brief?
No. Both are tab-style briefs from the same maker, but this one has the slimmer profile for everyday use while the ATN brief is the heavier night product.
Does it help with bowel incontinence?
The maker states that its Kufguards inner leg cuffs help contain high-volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence. We claim no more than the maker's wording.
How many come in a pack?
10 in Small and 12 in Medium and Large. Tell us the size and we will confirm the stock and the price.
